A Level and BTEC Results 2026
We are incredibly proud of our Year 13 students as we celebrate only the second set of A-level and Applied General qualification results in Bolder Academy’s history.
- 58% of A-level grades were awarded at A*–B
- More than 81% of A-level grades were A*–C
- Particularly strong results in English Literature, Mathematics, Chemistry, Fine Art and Applied Science

GCSE Results 2026
Students at Bolder Academy are celebrating an impressive set of GCSE results, reflecting their hard work, determination and resilience throughout their secondary education. The Class of 2026 achieved an Attainment 8 score of 50.5, demonstrating strong achievement across a broad and balanced curriculum and highlighting the academy's commitment to ensuring every student fulfils their potential.
Key highlights include:
- Almost 70% of students achieved a Grade 4 or above in both English and Mathematics
- 15% of all grades awarded were Grade 9-8
- 29% of all grades awarded were Grade 9-7
Andy De Angelis, Headteacher at Bolder Academy, said:

The outcomes demonstrate strong achievement across a wide range of subjects, with particularly pleasing results in English, Science, Humanities and Mathematics. We are delighted to see so many students securing the qualifications they need to progress confidently to sixth form, college, apprenticeships and future careers
