- Candidate sends a consent email to exams@bolderacademy.co.uk confirming nominated person’s full name and giving written consent they can collect their certificate. It is preferred this is sent from the candidates Bolder email account, but candidate’s personal email address can be used if they have left the school.
- Fill out the verification form below to confirm you have sent the consent email.
- Nominated person must bring their Photo ID when they come to collect on candidates behalf.
Certificates will not be given out to the nominated person if Photo ID is not presented and/or candidates consent isn’t given.
