Become a Parent Governor at Bolder Academy!

We are looking for an enthusiastic parent to join the Board of Governors at Bolder Academy. As a parent governor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our school, ensuring that every student receives a high-quality education and that public funds are used wisely.

What does a governor do?

• Work with the Headteacher and fellow governors to set the vision and direction of the school.
• Monitor performance, policies, and budgets to ensure accountability.
• Celebrate successes and challenge the school to continuously improve.
• Contribute your unique skills and experiences to support our diverse and inclusive community.

Commitment: Governors attend half-termly board meetings (usually Tuesday mornings), occasional committee meetings, and training sessions. The role is voluntary but deeply rewarding, offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
