Careers Week at Bolder
We celebrated a successful Careers Week that offered students valuable opportunities to explore future pathways and connect with a wide range of inspiring organisations.
The Careers Fair brought together an excellent group of organisations, including NPL, Bouygues Construction, Newmark, MiT Skills, the University of Winchester, Royal Holloway, DWP, Four Agency, Capel Manor College and Kingston College. Representatives from these organisations spent time speaking with students, answering questions and giving helpful guidance on apprenticeships, university options and possible future careers.
Throughout the week, students also took part in a variety of engaging activities such as app design challenges, poster creation tasks, interactive workshops, career‑themed quizzes and a Literary Discovery Challenge Hunt. Their creativity, commitment and Bolder learning were evident in every activity.
A number of students were selected as raffle winners to recognise their enthusiasm and strong engagement across the week. These students demonstrated curiosity, participation and a positive attitude throughout all Careers Week events.
The overall purpose of Careers Week was to inspire students to think confidently about their future pathways, help them make informed decisions, provide meaningful interactions with employers and highlight the value of both academic and vocational routes.
