Bolder Academy Celebrates Strong GCSE Success
Students at Bolder Academy are celebrating an impressive set of GCSE results, reflecting their hard work, determination and resilience throughout their secondary education. The Class of 2026 achieved an Attainment 8 score of 50.5, demonstrating strong achievement across a broad and balanced curriculum and highlighting the academy's commitment to ensuring every student fulfils their potential.
Key highlights include:
- Almost 70% of students achieved a Grade 4 or above in both English and Mathematics
- 15% of all grades awarded were Grade 9-8
- 29% of all grades awarded were Grade 9-7
Andy De Angelis, Headteacher at Bolder Academy, said:
"We are immensely proud of our Year 11 students and all they have achieved. These results are a reflection of their hard work, resilience and determination throughout their time at Bolder Academy.
The outcomes demonstrate strong achievement across a wide range of subjects, with particularly pleasing results in English, Science, Humanities and Mathematics. We are delighted to see so many students securing the qualifications they need to progress confidently to sixth form, college, apprenticeships and future careers
