Business House Competition

Business House Competition

Students from all year groups competed in our first Business Studies Dragon's Den competition, pitching their business ideas to Venture Capital Investors. The competition aims at pushing students to combine their personal interests, individual creativity and Bolder flair into creating the starting blocks of a business or product.

With a small but brave group of innovators entering this new competition, the Den awarded prizes to two standout concepts:

Top Entrepreneur Prize: Utsav P (10O) - Presented 'Pulse', a fitness wearable designed to challenge Apple Watch, Garmin and Fitbit. Utsav demonstrated impressive business understanding gained through GCSE Business.

Emerging Entrepreneur Prize: Logan B (7O) - Pitched 'Lowlux', a business making luxury fashion more sustainable and affordable. Logan's revolutionary idea impressed the Dragons with its market potential.

Both students showed tremendous passion and entrepreneurial spirit.

We're looking forward to Season 2 in 2027, where we hope to see even more students taking up the challenge!
