Jack Petchey Speak Out Workshop
This term, our Year 10 students took part in the Jack Petchey "Speak Out" challenge, delivering impressive speeches on a diverse range of thought-provoking topics.
The day was filled with energy and enthusiasm as students confidently presented their carefully prepared speeches. Topics ranged from the importance of music and the value of animal companions, to the serious impacts of war and the issues surrounding cat-calling. One student even tackled the age-old debate: is a Jaffa cake a biscuit or a cake?
We're incredibly proud of every student who participated and demonstrated such courage and skill in public speaking.
We're delighted to announce that the following students have progressed to the next round:
Frankie F, Amber M, Nikki K, Abdijabar K, Naiya M, Anvay T, Salman A and Gabriela J
