'Box Clever' Drama Performace

We were delighted to welcome the Box Clever Theatre Company back to Bolder for another exciting residency with our Drama Department. During their visit, the company performed Getting There; a dynamic road-safety play that also explores the challenges of single parenting through the eyes of young teenager Mario.

Our Year 7 students thoroughly enjoyed the performance, especially the opportunities for audience participation with professional actors Sameter, Joel, and Josh. Year 7 were fantastic in taking on roles, redirecting scenes, and engaging in thoughtful discussions about the consequences of poor decision-making.

We are pleased to share that Box Clever will return in the New Year for a two-week residency. During this time, our Year 10 students will have the valuable opportunity to observe, contribute to, and learn from the development of the company’s upcoming tour of Romeo and Juliet.
