Drama Partnership with The Old Vic!

We are delighted to announce that our Year 10 GCSE Drama students will be taking part in the prestigious Schools Club programme with The Old Vic Theatre. This exciting Drama partnership will give our students the chance to experience professional theatre in a real-world setting.

Through this programme, our Drama students will take part in four in-school workshops led by theatre professionals, where they will explore key areas of Drama such as directing, set and costume design, and playwriting. They will also attend four live Old Vic productions, learn about backstage and technical theatre careers, and may even have the opportunity to take part in Drama-related work experience at the theatre.

We have already taken part in our first Drama workshop, which focused on directing, and our students thoroughly enjoyed developing their leadership, creativity and teamwork skills.

This is a fantastic Drama opportunity that will enrich our GCSE curriculum and allow our students to learn directly from industry experts.
