Head of Spanish

We’re looking for a team‑focused, inspiring linguist to lead Spanish across Key Stages 3–5, shaping an ambitious curriculum and nurturing a love of languages that lasts well beyond school. What we’re looking for 

• A highly‑motivated classroom practitioner who: 
• Has QTS and recent UK experience of delivering good to outstanding lessons across a range of abilities.  
• Brings secure subject expertise in Spanish and a track record of raising attainment through smart use of assessment and intervention.  
• Demonstrates inclusive practice and strong behaviour routines that help every learner feel safe, challenged and successful.  
• Can lead through others; setting vision, modelling great pedagogy and developing colleagues. 

We are looking for someone with proven experience in curriculum planning, a track record of outstanding teaching, and the ability to motivate both students and staff.
