Andy is our Headteacher and one of our Governors. Andy has 20 years' experience in secondary education. He has extensive senior leadership experience working in both inner and outer London, where he has consistently demonstrated his adaptability and strategic vision. Andy cares deeply about giving students the best possible life chances, dedicating himself to creating environments where every student can succeed. Beyond his leadership roles, Andy is an accredited coach who takes great joy in developing others, whether they are students or fellow educators.
