Heidi is our Headteacher and one of our Governors. Heidi has over 20 years’ experience in secondary education. She led a highly successful school in Berkshire as Headteacher, before taking up the post at Bolder Academy in September 2017. Heidi is also a Lead Ofsted Inspector as well as a school improvement partner. She has extensive senior leadership experience working in both inner and outer London and worked in one of the first all-through academies. Heidi is a qualified English teacher and worked for a local authority leading on literacy in both primary and secondary sectors. Heidi is currently a Governor at The Blue School, an outstanding primary school.
