Last term, Our Year 13 A-level English Literature students visited @The_Globe Theatre to see Twelfth Night performed live. Experiencing Shakespeare on a historic Elizabethan stage helped deepening their understanding. A fantastic day of theatre and learning!

Our Yr 12 English Literature students visited the Lyric Theatre to see a dramatic retelling of Dracula through the eyes of its female characters. The trip brought Gothic fiction to life, encouraging critical thinking about gender and perspective — key themes for their studies.

Our Year 10 GCSE Drama students have joined the prestigious Schools Club programme with The Old Vic Theatre! They’ll take part in in-school workshops, attend live productions and explore backstage careers. Our first workshop on directing was a huge success!

Odd Socks Day is back this coming Monday 10th November at Bolder Academy in support of Anti-Bullying Week. Students and staff are invited to wear their boldest, brightest, and most unique socks to celebrate individuality and stand together against bullying.

Girls’ Football Season Kick-Off! Our Year 8 & 9 girls started strong with an impressive 6–1 win over Heston, showing skill, energy, and teamwork. Our Year 10 & 11 girls kicked off in style with a 1–0 last-minute win against Rivers Academy. Well done to all players and coaches!

Sixty of our Yr 7 and Yr 10 students took part in the @JPfoundation event, building confidence, communication, and presentation skills. Year 7 enjoyed fun speaking games, while Year 10 practiced clarity and confidence — all key skills for their GCSE Spoken Language and beyond.

Our Yr 9 & 10 boys did Bolder proud at the recent 5-a-side Futsal Tournament at Osterley Sports Centre! Unbeaten in the group stages, the team showed fantastic skill, teamwork, and determination, narrowly missing out on a semi-final spot. Well done, boys!
